I am often asked, what is the difference between roof restoration and roof painting?
The easiest way to explain it is by explaining the process of painting a gyprock wall.
If the wall is perfect and undamaged then you can paint it, but if there is any damage you have to repair it, before it is painted.
A full roof restoration (which includes a free free roof report) will report the condition of your tiles, concrete, ridges (and a whole lot of other things which you can read about here) before they are professionally painted. In fact, if you opt for roof restoration before roof painting then you can easily add another 10 years to the lifespan of your roof.
